Villa Lotti is a beautiful holiday home with its own pool and large roof terrace. The house consists of 5 separate flats. Each is fully equipped and has its own kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, double bed and sofa bed. The house is perfect for holidays of several families and groups. 150 metres from the water, you can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the large roof terrace due to the hillside location.

The spacious outdoor area is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture and offers plenty of space to enjoy the sun, relax or for nice barbecue evenings. In the pool, you can cool off and let your soul dangle. To make your holiday extra special, we rent out jet skis, motorboats and a beautiful motor yacht in the village. This way you can also experience Croatia from the water during excursions.

On site, you have a contact person who knows the insider tips in the area and is there for you with wishes and questions. The Krka National Park is only 10 minutes away by car. You can also reach the city centre of Sibenik easily, within 5 – 10 minutes. If you arrive by plane or if you don’t want to drive yourself, we can offer you our driving service.
